1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of webfomix.com, your student account, hiring inquiries, and courses offered through this website by Webfomix Technologies. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms. If you have a question, contact help@webfomix.com before purchasing.

2. Courses, schedules & requirements

Course descriptions, prices, and estimated durations are shown in the catalog. Durations describe planned learning periods, not guaranteed completion dates. Progress depends on attendance, practice, assignments, and the agreed schedule.

Before paying, confirm your start date, class times, delivery format, prerequisites, software or hardware requirements, and what is included with our team. Any separately required software licenses or subscriptions should be confirmed before enrollment. Course participation does not guarantee employment, earnings, or a professional accreditation.

3. Fees, PayPal & enrollment

Listed course fees are in US dollars (USD). Each course has its own price. Review the final payment details on PayPal before confirming; any currency conversion or payment-provider charges are governed by your payment provider.

PayPal processes course payments. Creating a student account or submitting a transaction reference does not confirm payment or grant enrollment. After paying, sign in and submit your transaction reference in My Courses. Our team checks the payment and account details before adding the course and confirming the schedule.

Keep your payment receipt. If the paid amount, selected course, or account details are incorrect, contact us so we can resolve the issue. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change an agreed price already paid.

4. Student accounts

Use accurate account details and an email address you can access. Keep your password private and do not share your account or impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We send a secure password-setup link to your email address when you register. Confirmed enrollments appear in your private My Courses dashboard. Course teams provide class links and learning materials separately; a dashboard record is not a promise of immediate access to recorded lessons.

If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding agreement in your location, a parent or guardian must contact us and authorize enrollment before you purchase.

5. Cancellations, refunds & course changes

For a cancellation, refund request, duplicate payment, or billing problem, email help@webfomix.com with your course name, account email, transaction reference, and the reason for your request. We will review the purchase, course delivery status, any terms agreed before purchase, and applicable law.

These terms do not establish a fixed refund deadline or a blanket no-refund rule. Nothing here removes any mandatory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights you have under applicable law.

If we need to change a confirmed schedule or cannot deliver an agreed course, we will contact affected students to discuss the available options and any remedy required by applicable law. Please contact us before purchasing if timing is essential to your decision.

6. Learning materials & acceptable use

Course materials are provided for your personal learning, subject to any license stated with them. Do not resell, redistribute, publish, or share restricted learning materials or another student’s personal information without permission.

Use the website and classes respectfully and lawfully. Do not harass others, interfere with the service, submit fraudulent payment claims, or attempt to access another account. Cybersecurity exercises must be performed only in authorized labs or systems for which you have explicit permission.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect accounts, while considering the circumstances and applicable rights. Contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error.

7. Account information & privacy

We use the details you provide—such as your name, username, email, enrollment records, payment reference, and support messages—to create your account, verify enrollment, coordinate your course, and respond to requests. Hiring request details, including company contact information, role requirements, work location, and any budget you provide, are used to review your brief and contact you about possible next steps. Submitting a brief does not guarantee candidate availability, placement, or employment; hiring terms are agreed separately. Authentication cookies keep you signed in. A short-lived course-selection cookie helps you return to your selected course after signing in. Limited security records help prevent abuse.

PayPal processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. This website’s enrollment form asks for a transaction reference, not your card details or PayPal password. Hosting, website, and email service providers may process information as needed to operate these services.

Contact help@webfomix.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required for legal obligations, payment disputes, or legitimate service needs.

8. Website availability & responsibility

We aim to keep course information accurate and the website available, but errors or interruptions can occur. Contact us about any discrepancy before relying on it for a purchase. Third-party services, including PayPal and required course software, have their own terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or limits any remedy where doing so would be unlawful. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Updates & contact

We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. The updated date will appear on this page. Material changes affecting an existing enrollment will be communicated where appropriate and will not remove rights already agreed or provided by law.
